James Buchanan
(1813-1836)
Nothing much is known about James Buchanan. He and his wife, Mary, registered as colonists of Stephen F. Austinqv in 1834. As a member of the Alamo garrison, Buchanan died in the battle of the Alamo on March 6, 1836.
